Dr. Chen specializes in non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy.

Dr. Chen graduated from Ohio State University where he received his Master Degree in Science and Certificate in  Periodontology in 1984. He has practiced periodontics in the Kent/Auburn area for over 23 years.

He provides non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy to solve periodontal problems, improve patient's oral health, and enhance their smiles. These procedures include but are not limited to: scaling and root planing, crown lengthening, osseous surgery, soft tissue graft, connective tissue graft, guided tissue regeneration, endosteal implant, mini implant, and sinus augmentation.

He offers implant consultations, and is willing to work individually with each patient. He treats patients with all types of insurance carriers and he is a preferred provider with Delta (Washington Dental Service), Premera and Regence. Payment plans are also an option.
